2) there are many make-beliefs about coffee which are not true. every person is different. Plus, if you are prone to swollen legs and your body tends to hoard water in your skin, it actually isn’t good to drink too much. I think everyone should try out what’s best for them and their body in general, since we’re all different.
1) there are many caffeine suppliments and creams to get rid of cellulite because caffeine is actually good. the mistake people make in the US and other countries is that they don’t drink 1-2 cups of water for every cup of coffee they take. it’s very normal to get a big glass of water (for free) aside of your espresso in Italy, France etc.
I’ll try not to drinking coffee this month to see if it helps…
coffie is if a appitite killer…good to drink…but it makes you jittery as hell.
I didnt know about the coffee. I drink so much of it lately. I also have noticed cellulite lately too.
